Privacy Statement, How We Process Cookies
Please be informed that Optimum Facility Services Kft. processes and stores personal information appearing in emails and its web systems in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
This Statement is intended to provide information for optimumfs.hu website visitors about how Optimum Facility Services Kft. (referred to henceforth as “Optimum”) processes their personal information while using the web pages and services, as well as on how users can assert their privacy rights.

Definitions
Data subject: Any natural person who is specified, identified or possible to identify—directly or indirectly—based on personal data.
Personal data: Data relating to the data subject, in particular by reference to the name and identification number of the data subject or one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity as well as conclusions drawn from the data in regard to the data subject.
Consent: Any freely given, specific and informed indication of the wish of the data subject by which s/he signifies his/her unmistakable agreement to the processing—either full scope or extending to various operations—of personal data relating to him/her.
Objection: The declaration of the data subject by which s/he objects to the processing of his/her personal data, and requests termination of data processing and/or deletion of processed data.
Controller: Any natural or legal person or any unincorporated entity that determines—whether independently or jointly with other parties—the purpose of data processing, makes decisions on data processing (including those as to the means of processing), and implements these decisions or has them implemented by the technical data processor.
Data processing: Any operation or sum total of operations which is performed on data, irrespective of the applied procedure, thus in particular collection, obtaining, recording, sorting, storage, alteration, utilisation, querying, transfer, publishing, coordination or combination, blocking, deletion or destruction, as well as the prevention of the further utilisation of the data, creating photographs, audio or video recordings, moreover the capturing of physical characteristics (e.g. finger or palm prints, DNS samples, iris images) suitable for identifying an individual.
Data transfer: Ensuring access to the data for a third party.
Disclosure: Ensuring open access to the data.
Data deletion: Making data unrecognisable in a way that it can never again be restored.
Tagging data: Adding marking data with a special identification tag for the purpose of differentiating it.
Technical data process: The performing of technical tasks associated with data processing operations, regardless of the methods and means employed to perform the operations or of the place of application, assuming that the technical task is performed on the data.
Processor: Any natural or legal person or unincorporated organisation who or which engages in the technical processing of data, based on a contract, including contracts concluded on the basis of a statutory provision.
Third party: Any natural or legal person, or organisation without legal personality other than the data subject, the data controller or the data processor.
Personal data breach: The unlawful processing of or technical data process relating to personal data, thus, in particular, unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction or damage.

Optimum’s business services and website services are intended for use only by persons over the age of 16. Because completing the Contact Form is voluntary, by filling out the form you will certify that you are older than 16. When completing the Contact Form, it will be the user’s responsibility to provide real information, and Optimum will therefore assume no responsibility in this regard.

Legislative context and legal basis for processing:
Processing is based on the voluntary consent of the user.
The context for data processing is subject to regulation under GDPR, Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Info Act), and Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Requirements and Certain Restrictions of Commercial Advertising Activities.

The purpose of processing data is for Optimum to be able to contact the user upon their request.
Data retention period
Users can request the deletion of the information they will have provided on the Contact Form by sending a message to info@optimumfs.hu, provided that the purpose limitation of processing is no longer relevant.
As the controller, Optimum will see to ensuring that the security of personal data associated with the use of optimumfs.hu is not compromised, and instigate measures against the loss of data and to prevent any unauthorised access.
Data will be retained until the data subject’s consent is withdrawn.
